Delivery

We deliver within Kampala and across Uganda. Orders within Kampala over UGX 200,000 qualify for free delivery; otherwise a flat delivery fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Most Kampala deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days. Up-country deliveries may take longer depending on location and courier schedules.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation, and our team may call you on the phone number provided to confirm delivery details.

Returns & Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or exchange. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as pillows and duvets) can only be returned if unopened and unused.
